From safety stand point the nut bolt u see next to ur head on the frame are dangerous... Either they can be cut to a level or fitted in opposite direction or can be cushioned with something.. In case of side tilt or sudden gerk there is a chance of fatal injury... Pls share with the owner and the company as well

Shuttle shift is not side gears. It is technique to shift any gear while driving. Like direct 3-4 from the first or direct first gear from 4 th gear

You got wrong information about the shuttle shift gearbox
Shuttle shift means we don't have to make changes like for applying reverse gear we don't need to change gear like 1 to reverse or if you are in 2 then to go in reverse you don't need to change the 1 2 3 4 gear
There is a separate gear selector for reverse and forward and pto
