I would advise having at least one year of the tuition fee and half of the second year (if your program is for two years). As an international student, you can work 20h per week off-campus but not more hours (just when the class is closed you can work more hours). So, you need to do your maths before making that decision (moving to Canada for studies) With the minimum wage and the hours, you will pay for your daily expenses, you won't have any saving money for your tuition fee, as an international student you can't miss or fail any class because that can affect your PR later on.

Hi, there's a new policy that allows international students to work full time and it's been effectively since December 2022 and it's supposed to end by December 2023 but we hope they extend it. With that being said, yes you can make good money if you apply the factors I mentioned in this video.

And if you're going through the US, no you don't need a US visa, its just a stop over and you won't be going into the country so no immigration checks there. Do have a safe trip

God job agozie, please after my one year course In fashewa college, can I apply for another course in another school to make it 2 years, I wouldn't want continue in fashewa college, I want apply for another college in bc, and do I need to come back to Nigeria to apply again, or go travel direct to British Columbia to apply one on one

You don't need to come back home but make sure you apply before the end of your first year and is possible to confirm another college.
