Indeed a great session fella. I reckon you could of got away with 10kg. They were definitely on it. I'd of kept ot raining in, see if that might have soark some more bites.
It’s always a gamble putting more in!
Big fish will soon munch through the bait at this time of year so I don't see it as excessive. I haven't had a session like that this year yet, you really nailed it.

100% worth it mate, there is a reasonable turnover of members so you might not have to wait ages, the list is long though!

Glad you liked it. We don’t have any control over the amount of ads, that’s down to TH-cam! We get a bit of ad revenue from them which just about covers our cost of creating content but that’s about it. It’s a necessary evil unfortunately!
@@TheFishingBloggers video was great dude but I racked up 15 ads dude. Took me 45-50 mins to watch the video.
If you go into the TH-cam studio you can calm it down a bit. Your set to default just now. Which is an ad roughly every two mins.
Your revenue will increase slightly with a few less ads as your watch time and retention will increase. I had another channel once with about 30k subs and defo noticed a slight increase in rev with a few less ads your drop off decreases a wee bit.
Don’t get me wrong it’s all changed since I was doing it more seriously but just a wee suggestion

Well done fella top angling, 5kg on my cotswold syndicate isn't unusual for an overnight session with good results, when they're on it they're on it.

Yes, it’s the best spod reel I’ve ever used.
Not alot of bait for the amount of fish being caught and the size. I would up the bait abit .

Great video and love the channel but please forgive me for saying it but I hate to hear people say 'I'm back on the syndicate but I've not been here for several months'......I'm on 2 Embryo waiting lists at the moment and would love to get a ticket for just one to fish all year round but it pains me to hear about people who have tickets and don't fish the lakes regularly....
Life gets in the way bud, not everyone can regularly fish venues that are a 140 mile round trip. We had tickets on Phils the first season, in fact we knew about the venue before it was released to the public. There’s only a waiting list now as the fish have grown big and it’s become interesting for other anglers. The first few seasons they couldn’t sell tickets…. People complain about not being able to get on syndicates, but most don’t want to pay for a ticket when the venues in its infancy. It’s only when it gets to it’s prime that ppl are interested. We’ve earned our time on the venue and paid our way from the start! If you watched the video I also mentioned that the fish had spawned and there had been an algae bloom, most of the members had left the lake alone so the fish could chill while the water settled.
That amount of fish would have eaten ×5 that volume of food. Not to mention the fish that you didn't catch.

It’s a fair point, I did think I should have put in more out, but as the bites kept coming I was also worried about the spod pushing them off the spot….
