I always had a little trouble sleeping as whenever I seem to get into bed and close my eyes, the thoughts of everything in my life seem to come in and I feel vulnerable and alone. But now I have a routine of snuggling into bed, cuddling my pillow and listening to this almost every night and have done for the last month or so, I find it so relaxing and just allows me to be able to get to sleep so much easier. Thank you so much for this, here’s to many more good nights sleep 👍

These comments are creepy. I've been using this sound to help me sleep for a while now though. It's like a ritual for me.
Where it all began. This entire spiral downwards I have been having all stemmed from this one video, all of my loneliness being amplified all stemmed from this one video.
