18:25 your W CD actually increased when you hit the skilled sniper because your W cd was already so low. Never seen that before lol
well, there is this augment that reduce cooldown by 1.5 per AA. But on Taric, it's a negative augment. Normally, with Taric, you can Q AA AA Q AA AA Q ... Because each attack reduce the cooldown of the Q and he gain a stack of Q heal per attack as well. But with the augment, you need at least 4 AA to get your Q again because the cooldown is decreased after Taric gimmicks so it reverts to an higher cooldown
before i fully enjoy watching your videos but after you lower your in game volume like champion skill soundeffects it feels plain and i cant feel when you press skills , please raise your in game sounds a little bit

Btw. Vel'Koz W was bugged (I don't know if it fixed yet) but the 2nd hit is does, doesn't apply his passiv in Arena for some reason. It does in SR.
Imagine if he got the augment that makes slows more powerful
I didn’t know talisman gave permanent stats. It looked like it just gave certain stats and then after you reroll it, it gave different stats but stronger every time. Great vid!
