GPU currently is high priced even basic 1650 is 25K range so under 50K not sure. Intel 11400F with B560 board is best and GPU 1650. PSU better coolermaster MWE 450 -550 enough.

1650 super is better slightly even though only bitrate is high, new architecture, 12nm and speeds better in 1650S. But still a used 1060 for 8K range is still very good

MADE bro what u said may be correct for some category of ppl, no offense. Older cards perform well if optimized and played personally i dont think older cards cant play newer games. I have played newer titles on 1050, 1060, 570 even 970, few of which are benchmarked in the channel.. and now a days these cards can be found for cheap 5-6k price which is a best value for low budget users.. If ppl have the money they wont even look for all these, just buy the best one... Newer architecture is better offcourse but not all can afford, that never means older ones are waste...personal user experience...

Ivide ppl daily ask me in my group avarku enganelum 30 fps or playable fps kittiyal mathi there are lots of ppl who cant afford a decent pc which we ppl have... I have built and changed pc many times now and mostly i tried older gpus just to benchmark them and frankly i hv no issues with the fps. So get the best your money can buy.
