I misused the term "autofill". I always put Mid as my secondary role, but I get support legit 99.5% of my games so when I do finally get my second pick role it's basically autofilled lol.
I once had a game where three frustrated support mains, two of which got autofilled and despite autofills all three of us autolocked support characters in out of spite. Best win of my life. Ever tried mid Leona with a Lux + Yuumi bot, Udyr jg and... Frankly I don't remember our toplaner... Island I guess. We not just made do with what we got ourselves into, but THRIVED.
@@balazszsigmond826 I can't tell you the amount of games where some amount of people said "fuck it" and the sheer alien-ness of our comp made it hard for the enemy team to know how to play against us. It's definitely a viable strategy in lower elos.
I've been playing tristana mid when I get filled, my farming early is horrible but after level 3 it's literally a free win, you either push them in if they don't wanna fight you or you wait out the single dash/cc most mids have
I like that you called out the different roles' mindset at 21:38 and how you could have played it differently in hindsight. Important and informative point.
That's honestly what separates him from other content creators. Some will just shit talk their silver/gold teammates all game and if they make a mistake themselves, it's still their team's fault. Ioki is just educational through and through
