Joe Dean has grown up, last time I saw him he was quite young looking. He's been with Doyle now several years it seems. Doyle just keeps getting better and better with age. I love his outfit. And, I tell people if I could have anyone else's personality it would be Doyle Lawson's. I think he's so friendly and funny and witty. In awe of Doyle and his great bands over the years.

Josh is cool too. He let our dobro player take his for a test drive. Showed him all kinds of stuff. My friend Matthew Cruby played with Steve Gulley. Phil was around then.
