This fucking song has always been my favorite slayer song. Going on 20 years now. And hardly anyone knows it because they never picked up on this album. Sick, sick cover. Im working on getting better and i want to tackle this song next. Im definitely referencing this a lot.

No disrespect to Dave because he changed the game with his work on ‘R.I.B.’ However, I prefer Paul Bostaph’s compositions with SLAYER. More technical, more precise, superior double bass chops and much, MUCH more power. ‘Divine Intervention’ was a great intro to showcasing his technical skills and a much needed addition re: Slayer’s sterility at the time imo. ‘Undisputed Attitude’ was mainly covers but ‘Gemini’ was no exception. Edit : Underrated drummer.

Fuckn Hell man. Bostaph should stamp his approval on this. Undisputed Attitude was a rad concept album being all covers but the last track was what I’d always go to. His stylish fills & time signatures are class grade A. This has always been a track I’ve never attempted due to the complexity. Your choice of snares along with wood versus nylon tipped sticks are a great detail to these tracks you choose to share. Like one of the comments made, this is a drummer’s song. Justice brought.

This song... is made to inspire a new generation a drummers. One of my favorite Slayer track ever. Like some of the Neurosis material, it's one of those drums part which actually tells a story by itself. Wish you a nice rejunevation and a good renewal of the mind !
I'm a little ashamed to admit that Slayer is not a band I have ever actually gone out of my way to listen to. But see, I have this theory. Based on the overwhelming number of songs you've covered that *are* beloved to me, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy anything you decide is worth playing. I'm not a drummer but I am a guitarist. I think that gives me enough understanding to understand when something is incredibly difficult and filled with skill. Yes, as a musician I say "this is talent". Although you'd think that would be obvious and not need an expert or professional to point out the obvious.
The only original on one of my favorite cover albums! If you haven't heard Slayer doing punk cover, Undisputed Attitude is a must! D.R.I.'s "Violet Pacification" is my favorite.
