I’m Interested in giving a shot to your broadheads. However I’m wondering. According to what I read and how it reeds in a website advertising your Broadhead, and quoting as a “con” you need to replace that “pin” every time the head is shot/deploy.
Does that means I have to get extra pins, and fumble with in the middle of my hunt (missed shot, deployed accidentally, etc)? You send extra pins with the purchase of your broadheads?

      Damus Mardi,
Thank you for your interest in Evolution Outdoors. The formulated polymer pin is designed to be replaced once you shoot an animal. If you are in the field and need to keep using that broadhead you can tighten the screw that holds the blades in (Just Snug) and this will allow you to reuse the broadhead if need be. The Hyde deploys on entry not impact like other mechanicals. The Hyde will not open in flight. There is not even close to enough inertia from the launch of an arrow to deploy the blades. This has been tested on crossbows over 500 fps. All broadhead purchases and replacement blade packs contain extra polymer pins if needed.
