I think the "cold hearted" expression was actually MEANT to be a depressed expression. Even the shadow over the forehead resembled how he looked after he lost his entire squad...

I don't know if anyone has commented this before but I think the choice of colors has something to do with the sequence of colors making up a rainbow, e.g. they skip a color, so instead of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet, It's Red, Yellow, Blue, Violet (even though Levi's box is purple, it's close enough).
I don't remember Levi holding his kenn blades backhand in the anime but I haven't watched it since it first came out and I haven't read the manga so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

Saw the Figma figure in person at a local comic shop. The figure is ok and is at a good budget range for AOT fans, but personally I am waiting for the ARTfx versions. Those are a bit detailed and Levi's face is more oriented towards the anime as well as the pose he is in. This is my opinion, of course, considering many people won't like the figure because a portion of the Levi Statue is gonna be the tree branch he is "leaning" on.
I think I may have gotten a bootleg since the stand doesn't say Figma and the purple stage says Mikasa Ackerman (LOL fail) But the figure has a really good quality and a great paint job, I didn't have problems with any of the joints. So if it's a fake I could't care less because it's a REALLY good fake.
I would recommend Eren. The figures resemblance is much closer to the character than the others. But, they're essentially all the same, if you have a favourite character, then choose that one! :D

The clear plastic on the cape is rubbing off the paint on the back of levi. Its REALLY pissing me off, i dont think i can show the figure without the cape anymore. Its really disappointing how the figure can be damaged from intended and careful use.

Gai Kotsu It's the part that's attached to the mantle that the stand peg goes through. After I damaged Mikasa's emblem, put some sandpaper to Eren's to make the part that touches the emblem as smooth as possible. Helped a little bit.

I don't want my Levi figma to get it's Wings of Freedom scratched up. Would it be a good idea to put clear nail polish on it or would that make it all worse?
I had problems with the back decal (which you mentioned in your review) and I don't think it's just the stand that can scratch the back decal, but the injection points on the cape's transparent plastic. I used a nail file to buff the cape's stand and the display stand's connecting points smooth plus trimmed the capes clear plastic edges with an exacto. Not sure how much this will help because the damage is already bad enough that I'll probably end up buying a replacement.
euphorbic It's a shame that the decal is so delicate. I'm lucky this only happened on one of my figures. I think someone mentioned in the comments here about getting a replacement from Good Smile Company due to the damage. It might be worth contacting customer support, you may not have to buy a replacement yourself.
Mecha Gaikotsu I notified Good Smile and they sent me a new torso within a week (I'm in Japan). I'm a little paranoid about using the cape with it, so I'm keeping the old torso specifically for use with the cape.
Davy Koh The stand seems to be okay! Just sand down the point that goes into the back to be safe. The real problem is the clear plastic on the cape. I trimmed the clear plastic's edges and I trimmed and sanded the injection mold points on the clear plastic. Since I have a replacement torso from Good Smile, I put the cape on and off my damaged torso several times. Even though I modded the clear plastic, I still ended up with scuffing of the decal in the shape of the clear plastic on the cape. If you're going to use the cape, be very careful about it. If you do scuff the decal, Good Smile might replace it. They replaced mine, but I live in Japan.
