You know.. I was just talking about this with another person.. Please notice that your body and mind are two thirds of what composes you as a human. A treasure resides inside of you: The Spirit of peace, the Spirit of rest, the Spirit of God that takes care of you. Whenever your body and mind seem to be in disorder SOMEONE inside of you remains calm, firm, steady. How do you pull from that peace? Words. You don´t even have to say them out loud, so don't worry if you can't get the words out. In your mind, declare from the authority that God gave you "Lord you gave me peace, and you gave me authority over my body, so I declare that your peace fills my body NOW. Thank you God for you are my rest" and so on. Really hope this helps (it is what helped me). Much love.
