Xicor is a character from DBAF. Toyotaro (from DB super) was actually the mangaka for the fan comic, under the name Toyble. His base form has white hair, because he is half saiyan and half supreme kai. SSj5 is a goku thing and he's actually a drawing that wasn't made by toyotaro. The actual drawing was of an original character called Spirit Killer, by an artist that goes by Tablos, but when it made it's way around the internet, people started calling it ssj5 goku.
