So this is entirely works in a concept of water vapor when hot air is always goes up because its much lower density than the cold water. Thanks for your clear explanation dude 😊👍 But for me its gonna be useless in the rainy days when you high in demands in hot water. And this is works most of the time in the summer when you are not much need hot water 😅

Thanks a lot for this important video. At what angle do you adjust the evacuated tube?
It was my understanding that water did not move through the evacuated tubes but a phase-change liquid gained heat and changed into a hot gas which moved up into a heat exchanger where the gas condensed and heated the water in the tank.
Exactly. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Water DOESN'T GO inside of the evacuated tube.

great explanation, i already installed a unit at my house it works great at the sunny days but it rarely reach 35 degree during cloudy and rainy days, i wonder if you can use an alternative light source by night like strong projector , will this work ? and did any one try to put a source of light exposure to the tubes?? please let me know , again thank you all.

Advice you to make a video on cleaning of solar heater.
Surpose you don't have a water tank you use a direct water from the source or you use booster pump as source of pressure can we use these solar geyser connected directly to the geyser tank to maintain same pressure? If so what accessories should we fit in thanks so much

Thank you so much fo this great explanation:-) But i have expected much more in technical. My doubt is:- 1) When there is no hot water, do the cold water completely fill the tank.
2) is the ventilator pipe kept at level equal to overhead tank in order to avoid the spillage of water? If so, in my home has FPC solar type but the ventilator is not at level of overhead tank(but 3 feet above the hot water outlet T) and also there is neither spillage of hot nor cold water. What's the reason of ventilator?:-)

To be installed on all new constructions, yo bring down consumption of firewood and cooking gas. There is a non return valve, what is its life, when does it become passing?
Should there be a separate over head tank to be connected to the solar heater?
what are the problems associated with this type of model like tube bursting, leakages, maintenance issues etc. Inside the Glass tube there is one more tube, what is the material of it? Why the Vacuum is required? what is the purpose of it? what is the preventive maintenance we have to do?

Hi, after getting the product, around 1 hour for setting up the solar system and 1 hour plumber work to connect pipes.
Can we control the temperature of water or we have to mix it with cold water for use?? If we can ajdust heating we can directly connect to main supply to all taps other wise no???

are there any chances of getting these tubes burst due to high temeperature or pressure built inside the tank. You forgot to mention about one safety aspect which is safety Air release valve.

Do you know how to solve air block issue ? Whenever overhead tank water is empty, hot water tap completely stops. Even after refilling the overhead tank. The work around I do is kepp all the taps open in bathroom. And close the solar outlet for some time. And open it again then I can hear the air going out from the pipe.. is it a plumbing issue or is it common?
There is no water in the evacuated tubes. The water is contained inside the storage tank, and the tubes are very hot on the end sticking inside the tank, and heats the water there. The tubes only contain a small amount of alcohol.

Sir, Recently I installed 150 litres Solar water heater Supreme Make sleeper model in February 24 by local dealer here at Nellore (AP) . Yesterday when I checked the tubes, 2 no’s tubes are warm when compared to remaining tubes , and at the bottom of those tubes silver coating changed to clear glass colour. It can be easily replaced by the service guys. It costed me around 1000 to replace one with service fee

Sir I have purchased V guard 200 LPD win hot solar water heater, in that storage tank at cold water inlet side one immersion rod is fixed? What's that purpose?
That Rod is Anode rod which Attracts Salts from water and Cleans Water from salt or it could be a Water Heater from Electricity by giving wire connection.

You've misunderstood how the tubes work... No water moves through the tubes. They are a completely closed system with a heat collector at the top that the heat gets collected from all the tubes. That's actually what heats the water.
