The scene where Naruto deflects all the tailed beast bombs proves this, your average shinobi is equal to most devil fruit users thanks to chakra and jutsu. They go on about Mihawk splitting the glacier with one swing meanwhile Madara did the same too two mountains and sorry but Rock is harder and denser then Ice. Whats more the most devastating weapon in One Piece is the Buster call which involves multiple ships just bombing an Island off the map, the same thing a tailed Beast can do with a single Bijuudama at full power . This is not to say One Piece gets dog walked but to say that any single character from One Piece can solo Naruto it's just not happening each of the Kage is Admiral level and there are many that are easily kage level their just not given that rank same for One Piece and then once again you have the tailed beasts each is the size of a mountain and are classified as living natural disasters capable of atomizing mountains

I didn't said anything about One piece verse winning against Naruto's 😭 I like both animes and Naruto is the first one that I watched so I wouldn't really say something with the meaning of One piece dogging Naruto or wtv. If this was meant for other people then it wasn't needed neither tho 😥 (sorry for the bad english.)
