IVE is killing it. And Sweet Baby Rei is stepping up. I've said it before and I'll say it again - the fact that Yujin and Wonyoung are not overshadowing the other 4 members speaks volumes about the talent and potential that this group has. Leeseo is going to be an ace, Liz can sing with the best of them, and I'm not sure there's anything that Rei & Gaeul can't do. Add to that, the clear identity that their team has built for them - a distinct style, sound, and vibe that is immediately "IVE". They have not missed.
They have been masterfully promoted and produced lately! All of them members coming into their own. And I really like how they are taking care of their Maknae. Leeseo seems to be well taken care of and I really respect that. I hope the girls continue to grow

It's from Eleven era; and Rei was on there more recently as well, I really recommend her episode too! If you're not familiar with the show, it's hosted by singer-songwriter Lee Mujin (the title is a pun on "Limousine Service"), they usually sing about two covers and a duet with the host; and they have some very chill but quality conversation in between. (Spoiler alert: our main rapper Rei covers Taeyeon 🤯(not a real spoiler because it's in the title of the video 😉)) Some other singers I know you'll love have been on there as well, like Minnie and Chaewon.
I agree we had a lot of amazing new bands this year. and maybe if NEW JEANS had started earlier she could have been a candidate for rookie of the year. They may have it next year. LESSERAFIM has already had its rookie of the year but their start was marred by the GARAM affair. but even if these 2 groups are very promising they are not an IVE level. FYI IVE won SHOW CHAMPION today against BLACKPINK and TWICE which is their 29th win of the year they just beat TWICE's record in 2018 which was 28 wins in 1 year and 4 comeback ive done it in 10 months and 3 comebacks the year of their debut. STArship announced that they had just exceeded one million albums sold for AFTER LIKE which makes IVE the 3rd group to exceed one million sales after blackpink and AESPA and they did that in 10 days they did better than blackpink which took more than 15 days to exceed the million. She has already beaten several TWICE and blackpink records in less than a year. for me IVE is TWICE version 4th gen and AESPA is BLACKPINK version 4th gen

I think NEWJEANS will definitely win roty next year unless they don’t get any comebacks by then which is highly doubt
