    This has really helped. Been doing so many different things. Going to scale it down to your recommendations.

      I’m so happy you’ve found my info helpful. I’ve been practicing for nearly 2 decades and have been able to really hone in on proper techniques and streamlining most effective exercises 😀 anything else you would like covered or questions?

    Great to see continuous improvement in new excercises....passing a weight when standing on one leg,then raising it above your head is a great excercise ....you eyes are tracking the weight and your centre of gravity changes as you move it,feels really good for some reason...thanks for evaluating the ones that are more useful.(should have said passing it "under" the standing leg)
