That dude had 480 feet from when you can see the car pulling out until he crossed the intersection. There was plenty of time and space. The car was out of his way before he was even 200 feet from it. As A cyclist I understand the frustration from being ignored when signaling for someone to wait to pass... On the other hand, given that it's a bike that doesn't even need to leave the lane to do so, I wouldn't have signaled as such in that particular situation. Emotions were clearly running high on both sides, but the cyclist is far less justified in this case from my perspective.
