How do input and output work on a PLC? How do I connect my Delta PLC to the computer?

Delta Plc Connect To Pc and Programme.
then 24vdc LED operates on the push button.
These conditions:-
When I press the push button then Led on and when I do not press the Led off.
2nd Conditions:-
When I do not press the Push button the Led is on then When I press the push button the led is oFF.
Delta DVP series has 8 digital input points and 2 digital output points. The power input of delta SX is DC POWER SUPPL IN PLC. Inputs can be connected in either sink mode or source mode.
