Absolutely gorgeous. Could have done a couple of hours and I would have sat thru it. Thank you for not limiting to 2 or 3 minutes. While not anywhere in what I can afford, will definitely keep you in mind if and when I ever win a lottery.
Thank you for the watch time! I went out there to check on the property 2 weeks ago and still one of my favorite properties. I may cut up the video I took to show some more cave exploring we did and show how lush the vegetation is and show the health of the animals we saw. What is a conservation easement?
Conservation Easements have been used on land to conserve it from being developed or improved on for the purpose of conservation and there are certain tax benefits that go along with it. Like anything a professional needs to look at the opportunity with each land and then there are steps to going about doing it. Do you have land buying or selling needs?

Great question. Exotics may be hunted all year round. You still must abide to the hunting season in place for the animals native to Texas.

The owners named it Rio Diablo because the Devil's River runs close to it. It was originally called Lazy H&B Ranch and actually still has that name at the gated entrance. So you buy it and you can call it "Angel's Paradise" or "Heaven in Texas" which it really is more of a heaven in Texas!
