- We listened, and then we took action! Everyone by now should be familar with both our Zero Blade, and our standard ceramtic adjustable blade. We now have the body blade! We designed the body blade specifically for body hair. The blade is ceramic and great for sensitive skin. The silver titanium rake on the back has wider and duller teeth than our other blades making this more comfortable for areas you need to be gentle in. Pair it with your 1-2mm guard and you'll have the perfect body trimming experience.

Have all three 👌🏻
thank you for showing this. A lot of reviews don't even mention all the blades
The body blade is new, the Zero blade has been out for a few years.
Question - how exactly does the body blade differ from the usual? Does this mean less chances of getting nicks & cuts? As the zero blade is awesome but find i cut myself too much with it for body grooming
The shape of the rake is slightly different from our standard blade. Otherwise 90% the same as the standard blade. Really just a different look so you can tell them apart. Both ceramic blades work with body hair - wouldn't recommend the zero blade for body hair as you mentioned. If you want less chance for nicks or cuts, slide the blade down to 1.9 mm
I've been debating big time on giving you all a shot. I saw a ton of great reviews, but I've been an Adis guy for so long and Andis works. Either way, I appreciate the info.
They have some good options depending on what you are looking to do. We did a video on some of the trimmers in the Andis line. th-cam.com/video/dBPHty0iGvI/w-d-xo.html
Do I NEED the body blade if i already have v1 with standard blade and i only use brio trimmer for my body hair?
No. The standard blade is great for body hair. There's only minor differences between that and the body blade.
