I don't know who did the interior design for this home but the rooms seem very drabby, There needs to be pops of color in some of the rooms. The outside patio has no color either. I would have also put some beautiful flowers around the pool to spark some interest. Bright colors show off the home much better. Just my opinion.

Yes. The beach is beautiful. The mall is nice. The people are filthy rich. Even the college kids at FAU all drive expensive cars. It's a predominantly Jewish town. The people aren't very friendly. It's very fast paced all about money and status. If you are into being humble, grateful and grounded it's not a good place. lol. It's very beautiful though.
I don't know about atheists. Very few blacks. Lots of blacks in the surrounding areas. Haitians are all over south Florida. Boca is very nice, don't get me wrong. You would love it. Just don't forget your values and character!

$10 Million near the beach on the inter coastal in a brand new home. This house is old fashioned looking. Not quite as bad as 1970’s but on its way.
