You cannot go wrong with Coca Cola. I would say even we have WW3, people will still be drinking coke😂😂😂
Not if weight loss drugs like Ozempic become more widely used.
how about pepsi
@@RazcuhL I like Pepsi too😁
A more sinister take would be that with climate change clean water will not be readily available for everyone but companies making money will do everything to get there products shipped. So maybe in the future, soda will be more readily available than clean water.
@@dawens3199Yeah right 😂 If people had control to stop drinking soda they wouldn't need weight loss pills in the first place.
What determines when to use Grahams Evaluation in a calculation?
Thank you so much, I truly needed to see some deep analysis of KO. Been holding it and wondering about its real value. I do have a tangential question: Why does Seeking Alpha not cover COKE? I found a statement of theirs, but it's terribly vague. I love SA and will continue to use it as a primary info source, of course, just mystified about that stock. Do you happen to know what that's about? Thanks for your great channel (from a very appreciative retired English teacher).
Do you have a free spreadsheet tracker?
This might be a stupid question but shouldn’t your discount rate be higher for the DCF model? Like closer to the rate of return you’re expecting. Is 8% a little bit low?
I think the last big pull back was the time to add shares of Coke if you was gonna, low $50s area seems like a good safe margin of safety area.
My only regret was that I didnt add more 🥲
It’s really portfolio specific. You are 100% correct that the dip was the best time to buy this company. But comparatively was this stock at a fair price really that much better than some of the other stocks out there? Low 50s was 10% upside. There are plenty of quality companies that offer more than 10% upside right now. I guess it’s all what you value in your positions. You can certainly sleep at night with KO. But you could also with an S&P 500 fund, and probably make a better return
Yeah my average is $58 if it goes to $52 again I'll double my shares to dca.
Wait till October. For whatever reason KO typically is low in October. Don't know why tho.
I usually think of KO as a cash cow without growth but just made a new analysis video and the future actually looks promising!
I’m going to wait till KO is in the low $50 range.
Love ur vids! Could u do a stock analysis of Enbridge inc?
Holding 😊
-475 & holding 😅
How about ADT?
I have a lot of SCHD, and SCHD has a lot of KO. Over 4%, in fact. That's plenty for me.
Great point
Just buying more 😊nice video 😊
Yes boss , maybe a 2024 s&p 500 top 5-10 beaten down divi stocks to buy for 2024? Greetings from holland !
Time to buy more
Holding since last 1 year ❤❤❤❤❤❤
KO is one of the GOATS
Just bought 11 shares yesterday
Great analysis video as always! I cover KO on my TH-cam channel and as far as capital allocation I would prefer reinvestment (but not via CapEx), then buybacks, then dividends! Companies can actual increase their DPS by keeping the dividends paid the same and decreasing share count!
Its too expensive as it is now
Great 2023 right….
So ticker COKE isn’t Coca Cola?
Nope!
KO
COKE is one of a few bottling companies that produces Coca Cola products from syrup sold by KO! KO has a very interesting business model!
not buying anymore, just DRIPing. my DRIP is enough for 10+ new shares/yr...quite happy with that. its on my forever stock list
Slowgrower.
Solid stock, underperforms like crazy. People dont realize Buffet bought KO like 45 years ago and its been generating a lot of cash ever since.
There are so many options out there better than KO.
What would u recommend for safe dividend stocks?
@@revlocked8675 there are so many monopolistic companies, industry leaders and superior stocks in boring/traditional industries with solid dividends that can be easily found with just small and basic research.
MCO and SPGI, AAPL, MSFT, AVGO, UNP and CSX, WM and RSG, V and MA, COST, MSCI, ODFL, AXP, TXRH, HD and so many others
it called slowgrower for some reason you know? when you have a billion money to spend, the yield is doesnt matters at all. so the number one priority is safety
@@amanothai1156 yes, I know. I'm asking the person what he would consider as better options
@@revlocked8675 Look at HSY, solid company with great dividend history and trading currently at a discount.
Like too invest $ 500 dollars in Coca-Cola, give what have too do to do it.
Set up an account with a broker
Ya but a lot of people are boycotting coke.
I think Costa coffee could bring there growth back
I will not own this company. The future outlook doesn't look good to me. They are losing market share to other companies like Monster and Celsius. I would rather own Pepsi if I had to buy one. I believe it would be in Coca-Cola's best interest if they purchased Monster or Celsius. Coke stated on their website that they are pulling Coke Energy from store shelves.
Great point! PEP is quickly gaining market share and has the benefit of product diversity with snacks!
