I converted on 3/18/23 days before Ramadan. So grateful for Allah (SWT) for guiding me to him. Ramadan was an amazing experience. What's even more amazing is how the most merciful and compassionate has opened all of my senses to his glorious signs in this dunya. I reverted 23 years ago. I was living a bad life with fights alcohol and other bad things. I was passing by a mosque in a market and the adan I heard when the sun was setting down. It was all so magical and a blessing for me. Allah is the most beneficial, the most merciful.

Catholic revert to Islam 2 months ago. I had no idea I was Muslim my entire life with my inner beliefs and nothing but confusion with Christianity and feeling I’ll never be excepted by God because Christianity didn’t make proper sense to me. Once I was told my views were Islamic and I was actually a Muslim with my inner beliefs has since been one of the most best exciting times with reduced anxiety I have found a new lease on life. Im Australian and don’t speak Arabic to get a perfect translation which is bothersome to me but I’m learning most days and becoming happier. I grew up in a religious Christian home and married a Muslim man. I was very religious and he not. We have a son and I took him to church with me. My need to teach him his father's religion made me study it and I saw the real truth for humans in Islam. my father was a swiss who reverted to islam when he was 30 plus. he past away 7 Nov 2021 due to a rare form of cancer. i cried alot. but a sheikh told me something important. he said that we muslims are born muslims and we work for paradise. but people who revert to islaim, Allah wants to give THEM paradise. thats why he showed them the way and made them muslims. he said my father is is a good place and i shouldnt cry anymore. when i visit my fathers grave, its smelt of oud sometimes. I also saw green and while butterflies come too. i dont cry for my dad anymore. i now cry because i am a sinner and im not ready to meet my lord. please Allah forgive my sins and take my life only in sujud. amin. I acepted islam 8 years ago while I was trying to guide my muslim friend then and wife now to Christianity :) alhumdulillah! I was borned and raised in El Salvador, catholic till 14 years of age. Became Christian when i discovered that we shall not worship iddols. And turned to islam at age 47 when I realized the Bible has been corrupted . I tell all my Christian friends, we Muslims worship the same God Jesus, Moises, Abraham, etc worshiped. peace and blessing upon all of them. We worship the one creator and not the creation. I was 28 when I accepted Islam and for 11 years I secretly loved listening to Quran but I never thought I would be Muslim. I had to submit. I JUST had to I couldn’t take it anymore. My lord, my Rabb kept giving me signs. I feel so liberated and blessed that Allah guided me!!! I can die happy. As long as I have Allah I know I’ll be ok. Allahu Akbar!

I converted to Islam April 7, 2015 in an unfortunate place “County Jail. There in the jail was I wandering for guidance and the first book I looked to read was the Holy Quran, I didn’t know what to do with it and I knew it belonged to the Muslim Faith and that Muslims or the Arabic language is read from right to left so I started at the very last Surah and read it backwards but read the entire Quran in a months time before taking Shahada then met an amazing brother who had years of experience and followed his lead and he taught me the motions with everything how to make wu’du how to call to prayer iqqamas” Then wrote Al’Fatiah in English for me then with translated means in Arabic and I wrote read and recited and made prayer with him for 2 weeks until the follow Jummah came and the Iman came to give service and I swore my testimony of faith and was one of the best days of my life Adhamdulillah 🤲📿

My friend showed me what Islam was and I was completely astonished by the religion due to Christianity was a religion that I wasn’t compassionate about and I didn’t feel anything when I went to church. I opened the Quran and now I am convinced that the only god is Allah and I shall only fear him.

Sister same here!!! 28 years being Christian and never did I fear god or have that balance in Christianity. I did what I wanted. My ego was massive and I was so lost. I kept going to church and cried. I didn’t feel it? If Christianity was the truth why did I never feel anything!?! I only felt God. I prayed to God I asked him please God lead me guide me. I didn’t feel Jesus peace be upon him. It’s crazy! I always felt like God was much greater than that! And guess what! The Quran teaches us God is greater than ANYTHING US HUMANS CAN IMAGINE!!! Anything we imagine he is HE IS NOT. He Is beyond our human comprehension. This is mind blowing. For years I kept listening to Quran and kept saying no no no this can not be the truth. This is crazy! Finally I couldn’t t take it anymore I reverted to Islam and I swear I’ve never ever felt so alive. I’m closer to God. Allah is GOD THE GOD. One and only!!! This is amazing. i am also reverted, from catholic to Islam Alhamdulillah. I finally found what is lacking within myself and it is the fully submission to Allah. Now i can feel every prayers and duas. i feel upset everytime my prayer got delayed because of my work. inshaallah i can find a better way ti make my prayer on time. I have been on a spiritual journey my whole entire life. Going to different churches, always seeking God. A year-and-a-half ago I decided to convert to Catholicism I'll taking my class to become Catholic I learned that the Catholic and Muslim faith were very similar in beliefs. How true that is I haven't got a clue but a friend of mine who is Muslim give me a English version of the Qur'an so again I am on a spiritual journey seeking out truth. So you are proving the quran (supposedly god's words) has lied, because the quran cannot be understood in context without the man-made hadith. Do you also know that Muhammad PROHIBITED anyone from writing his conversations, which is what Hadith is. He explicitly stated that he did not want those conversations to get mixed up with the quran verses. Yet Muslims violate that by referring to the hadith,written 200 years AFTER Muhammad's death by men who didn't know him.

Lost my husband 2 months ago. Step son giving me trouble. Husband's aunt want's to put me out. I feel so low. But, when I listen to Quran, I feel so at peace.

In islam you have every right to living in your husband's house for a minimum of 12 months after his return to Allah subhana wa t'ala. I was born into Roman Catholicism. During university I became a defacto agnostic and faithless until a great friend of Indian decent (India not feathers) read portions from the Koran to me. Like stepping into a warm bath I began to feel warmth and contentment and gratitude that I never felt as a catholic ! The sadness is I can't openly talk about this gift. a wonderful treasure that enriches my heart & soul daily . But most people don't think of Islam as a religion or faith but as violence &anti American hatred for the west. Home is the United States, an American I'm of Austrian ,German decent. Three countries I love. I can say that. I just have to hide my beliefs.

I reverted 23 years ago. I was living a bad life with fights alcohol and other bad things. I was passing by a mosque in a market and the adan I heard when the sun was setting down. It was all so magical and a blessing for me. Allah is the most beneficial, the most merciful.

Catholic revert to Islam 2 months ago. I had no idea I was Muslim my entire life with my inner beliefs and nothing but confusion with Christianity and feeling I’ll never be excepted by God because Christianity didn’t make proper sense to me. my father was a swiss who reverted to islam when he was 30 plus. he past away 7 Nov 2021 due to a rare form of cancer. i cried alot. but a sheikh told me something important. he said that we muslims are born muslims and we work for paradise. but people who revert to islaim, Allah wants to give THEM paradise. thats why he showed them the way and made them muslims. he said my father is is a good place and i shouldnt cry anymore. when i visit my fathers grave, its smelt of oud sometimes. I also saw green and while butterflies come too. i dont cry for my dad anymore. i now cry because i am a sinner and im not ready to meet my lord. please Allah forgive my sins and take my life only in sujud. amin. Al fatiha for my father please

I acepted islam 8 years ago while I was trying to guide my muslim friend then and wife now to Christianity :) alhumdulillah! I was borned and raised in El Salvador, catholic till 14 years of age. Became Christian when i discovered that we shall not worship iddols. And turned to islam at age 47 when I realized the Bible has been corrupted . I tell all my Christian friends, we Muslims worship the same God Jesus, Moises, Abraham, etc worshiped. peace and blessing upon all of them. We worship the one creator and not the creation. Same here. There is a misconception that when you marry a muslim you are forced to accept Islam, in fact they never did force me, I wasn't even wearing hijab before. Allah has given me a great favor to be a muslim. I accepted Islam willingly by my own decision Alhamdulillah

Reverted to Islam from Apostolic Christianity. I grew into Christianity all my life. I was 28 when I accepted Islam and for 11 years I secretly loved listening to Quran but I never thought I would be Muslim. I had to submit. I JUST had to I couldn’t take it anymore. My lord, my Rabb kept giving me signs. I feel so liberated and blessed that Allah guided me!!! I can die happy. As long as I have Allah I know I’ll be ok. Allahu Akbar!

I converted to Islam April 7, 2015 in an unfortunate place “County Jail. There in the jail was I wandering for guidance and the first book I looked to read was the Holy Quran, I didn’t know what to do with it and I knew it belonged to the Muslim Faith and that Muslims or the Arabic language is read from right to left so I started at the very last Surah and read it backwards but read the entire Quran in a months time before taking Shahada then met an amazing brother who had years of experience and followed his lead and he taught me the motions with everything how to make wu’du how to call to prayer iqqamas” Then wrote Al’Fatiah in English for me then with translated means in Arabic and I wrote read and recited and made prayer with him for 2 weeks until the follow Jummah came and the Iman came to give service and I swore my testimony of faith and was one of the best days of my life Adhamdulillah 🤲📿

Sister same here!!! 28 years being Christian and never did I fear god or have that balance in Christianity. I did what I wanted. My ego was massive and I was so lost. I kept going to church and cried. I didn’t feel it? If Christianity was the truth why did I never feel anything!?! I only felt God. I prayed to God I asked him please God lead me guide me. I didn’t feel Jesus peace be upon him. It’s crazy! I always felt like God was much greater than that! And guess what! The Quran teaches us God is greater than ANYTHING US HUMANS CAN IMAGINE!!! Anything we imagine he is HE IS NOT. He Is beyond our human comprehension. This is mind blowing. For years I kept listening to Quran and kept saying no no no this can not be the truth. This is crazy! Finally I couldn’t t take it anymore I reverted to Islam and I swear I’ve never ever felt so alive. I’m closer to God. Allah is GOD THE GOD. One and only!!! This is amazing. I have been on a spiritual journey my whole entire life. Going to different churches, always seeking God. A year-and-a-half ago I decided to convert to Catholicism I'll taking my class to become Catholic I learned that the Catholic and Muslim faith were very similar in beliefs. Try to understand the context which is verry important.. quran was revealed.. to prophet.. he lived as a living quran... so islam is not just quran but also the context hadith.. and keep reading with tafseer not just translation..

Do you also know that Muhammad PROHIBITED anyone from writing his conversations, which is what Hadith is. He explicitly stated that he did not want those conversations to get mixed up with the quran verses. Yet Muslims violate that by referring to the hadith,written 200 years AFTER Muhammad's death by men who didn't know him.

I was born into Roman Catholicism. During university I became a defacto agnostic and faithless until a great friend of Indian decent (India not feathers) read portions from the Koran to me. Like stepping into a warm bath I began to feel warmth and contentment and gratitude that I never felt as a catholic !
The sadness is I can't openly talk about this gift. a wonderful treasure that enriches my heart & soul daily . But most people don't think of Islam as a religion or faith but as violence &anti American hatred for the west.

Anyway when someone greets you with "assalamualaikum " (which means "Peace be upon you" ) then you are supposed to respond with a better greeting so I said "Walaikum Assalam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh" which means "May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be with you too”.

That will guide you completely into understanding the Quran.
