1) I never watched Spielban but by creating this video, I know I would have enjoyed it if I did.
2) Happy that Naomi Morinaga was also part of the show. I was happy that she didn't die and became part of the team in the later episodes.
3) For people who don't know. Spielban was the original footage of the short lived VR Troopers.

(知ってる範囲で)蒸着、赤射、焼結、結晶、重甲、超重甲等、独自の変身コードがメタルヒーローシリーズの魅力の一つかも知れない

ヒロインにコンバットスーツ（スピルバンではクリスタルスーツ？）を装着させて戦わせるというアイデアがホント秀逸。しまいにゃシャイダーのアニーまで装着とか夢が詰まってるよ。

I've always known that they use them for the VR Troopers Show in America but i never knew their be two girls wearing the same armor
there was an episode of VR Troopers where there was two Kaitlins. They were able to display two of the same rangers because of that. Story was not good but it was a smart way to show two of them at once.

There was a slight difference between then, since Helen’s didn’t have the gun holster. She used a kind of a Glaive, instead.
アメリカへ持って来た時に、スピルバンはキャラの「バーチャルリアーリティ戦士（VR Trooper)」の『「J.B.・リース」』で、ダイアナとヘレンは『ケイートリン・スター』になりました。（変身したヘレンはケイートリンの変身モードでは複写でした。）
当時は気が付かなかったけどまさかシャリバンとスピルバンどちらも渡洋史さんがやっていたとは知らずに見てましたね 澄川さんものちに仮面ライダーBLACK RXに出てましたね
結晶シーンで流れるEDはEndingで、流れるよりも、結晶シーンで、流れる方が、テンション上がる‼️

The original (Spielban and Metalder) are waaaayy better than VR Troopers. Why does the west always ruin Japanese Tokusatsu?
Well. Power Rangers and Dragon Knight are not Bad.
Censorship issues. The 80s and 90s Metal Heroes and Toku series were a bit extreme in terms of the violence and at times the girls were a times eye candy to look at. They probably had to tone it down for Power Rangers and VR Troopers. Even then, there were parents complaining about the shows being too violent for their children

Post Star Wars, Spielban came out in 1986 and the first Star Wars movie came out in 1977

Guess Toei learned of recycling their previous prop mold to save production Budget. The first was reusimg the bioman helmet molds to change man and flashman
For me, Spielban has a Shaider vibes
* Naomi Morinaga plays both characters in Shaider and Spielban
* Shaider and Spielban's eyes turns red.
* Shaider has Big Magnum while Spielban has Big Bang Cannon.
* Toru Ohira is the narrator of both Shaider and Spielban.
* Spielban's transformation sequence resembles of Shaider's.
