The guy in 3:26 does not work on that ship. If he had, he'd know that the deck 3 he's standing on is configured for high vehicles, like trucks. When no trucks, it can be raised to create two decks for ordinary cars. Other than that, there are several proofs of what happens when people think that a toilet is for taking a bath. Happens a lot with tourists visiting Europe...
