Yes good guesses My guess was also #2 blue kyanite and #3 agate (brown, grey or yellow agate) Could also be Botswana agate. All stones who have those beautiful swirly patterns (banded agate) are agate, that's a hint for anyone who sees those beautiful patterns, that it's agate :)
