Not a TH-camr. But being somewhat of a privacy nut and having self-confidence issues Vtubing is a great solution to both those issues for live video chatting.

There's a really good tutorial by Vtuber Kappako here in TH-cam, it was really informative and helped me rig my character (*´ω｀*)
(be aware, that the rigging process requires some degree of patience, I nearly lost my mind rigging mine-)

Hi Serotina! This was an awesome video. I've been researching Vtubing for a few weeks now and this is the first video I've seen where someone talked about the importance of having custom items (overlays, panels, emotes, etc) to really make their content shine. I'm currently making a list of everything I need to get done to start so your tips were very helpful!
It was refreshing to see this to see where I did things differently or what I may have missed in when I began. I started back on November 15, 2020, so a lot of my streaming techniques have changed since then (though I haven't done the stinger thing JUST yet).
Now set forth and become a most excellent V-Tuber! =D

I have officially gave up on trying to be a VTuber even tho I’ve wanted to be one for like a year or two
this is out of my comfort zone but i had to comment and hope this help but dont give up...i lliteraly feel like quiting right now after hearing all the things i have to do...but i got the whole set up and everything i even made a model ive been wanting to be a vtuber since ive first came upon vtubers.... i believe you can do it

Late, but as an fyi for anyone reading this, That's not how things work with creative licensing if you paid for the model. 😬
You're paying for the model to be your property. If you're worried, you should sign a contract with the artist (which you should probably do anyway if you're spending that much) that outlines the deliverables, the cost, the timeline, and the rights both of you have (which can include things about whether there artist retains the right to post the model on their social media, whether you have rights to alter the model, etc, though most of this kind of thing is a given when it's for personal use).
It's good to know a bit about copyright as a content creator so you don't accidentally use assets that belong to someone else and get in trouble😁 (learning about stuff that is royalty free, under creative Commons, available to use as long as you credit, etc)
