Motorola phones are underrated when it comes to battery and they always have been that's why I love Motorola phones. My motto one zoom is a beast of a battery. I get up at 6am and i watch videos play music most of a day and go home with the 40% on average seriously.
I just ordered this from HSN and it just arrived. I don't understand why they no longer print instruction manuals and include them in the packaging.. they are so much easeir to follow, especially for my age group. But, this video is very helpful.. thank you so much !!
Motorola phones get terrific battery life. My Moto G Pure gets over 10 hours of screen on time. That's without battery safer on. I may buy the Moto G 5G at the end of the year.

Excellent video thank you so much. I'm switching from a Samsung S21 to this Motorola Moto G. Your video video was very clear and concise and covered a variety of aspects of the phone.
when you hit top button on the right and the sound comes up, what is that icon down below? Looks like a box with morse code. what does that do? Sometimes my sound just shuts off randomly & I never hear it ring.
Thank you much. This video is very helpful. I just bought a 2023 and your instructions pretty much cover the new phone except for a one or two things, but I was still able to find the settings by following them and using a little of my own common sense. My old Moto G phone had much of the same options but it took me ages to find them all and I probably never did find all of them.
EXCELLENT VIDEO 👍🏻 I have this mobile phone model. it does have its perks however it also has drawbacks like it doesn't have the atmos sound equalizer manual settings it only has automatic equalized for this model version like it had with the previous version did ALSO it doesn't have externally made stereo speakers on it. We hope the new 2024 due out soon will have these features. Again Thanks for this video It's very insightful.
Great Tutorial, wondering if there is a way to increase the length of the time vibration lasts. My last phone would vibrate when a call comes in for a length of time, time to feel it and answer the call, but on my moto g power it gives one short vibration lasting for maybe 1/2 second and done. If there is a way to increase the time please let me know.. thank you
I just got my moto G 5G this video helped me out a lot. Thanks I just need to transfer my data from my old Celero 5g to my moto G 5G do you have a video for that ?
Was your old phone a Google phone? If so, there would be a notification during setup to transfer your data. If it was not a Google phone, you would need to download an app to do it for you, although I don't know how well they work.
Hey man, thumbs up on this GREAT video! Was soooo happy to get rid of those three buttons on the bottom. Makes me love this phone a little bit more each day...
For me it was the opposite I selected gestures at first and then I got confused lol so I ran back to the buttons especially when you want to close apps it's helpful to have that square button just there.

Hello there Please tell me how I get this phone to let me know when I have text or phone message. No indicators on home or lock screen. Why? Please answer 🙏

Hey Kevin I watch your videos I just got a huge update from my Moto G 5G today and it says to version 12 android. I still have that alarm clock permanently up in my notification bar next to Wi-Fi. No matter what I do it won't go away I was told it was a Google glitch I don't have a clock on I killed all my apps and it still resides in the notification bar up next to the Wi-Fi I thought with this huge update my phone just went through and it looks completely different but that alarm clock is still there
Same - Moto G Stylus 5G... it appears to be connected to those gawdawful fugly huge "Quick Settings tile" buttons you see when you pull down on the notification area. On the second page of those buttons (I have to pull down twice then swipe left) I have one tile with a matching alarm clock icon - it is illuminated (i.e. on), and claims to have an alarm set for Sat 09:00, with a ">" that should open the corresponding function - but it does nothing. I click on it, and it doesn't do anything but beep. This quote from Android Police about the V12 beta suggests we got the worst of both worlds: -- "The toggle isn't linked directly to a single clock app, so if you have a preferred way to wake up in the morning, the tile will rely on your default clock app. Although there's room for extra functionality here - a long-press to enable or disable the most recent alarm, for example - it's a big improvement over the old static icon in the notification bar." -- So... the tile toggle isn't linked to a default app (although Android always has a "clock app") and the giant big ugly tile toggle that isn't linked is a "big improvement over the old static icon in the notification bar." At least... it would be if A) it worked and B) we lost the old static icon in the notification bar. LATE BREAKING: Hmmm - some people on the pixel forum are griping about a similar alarm icon indicator on the right side of the task bar - and some of them were caused by such apps as: healthifyMe app to-do list app Dunkin Donuts app (??? location permission) Tasker app Eurowings App. I have the to-do list app... and.. YES. force stopping it gets rid of my little alarm clock logo. Which still begs the question - why doesn't the "Alarm" Quick Setting tile work right? When I force kill the to-do list app, it then decides to open the default google/android clock app when I click on it. Weird.
