    Advanblack now offers a Lowrider ST style frame mount fairing that fits the sport glide.

    I love my 2019 Sport Glide :) Unlike claims otherwise, I do ride her naked, bagged and full dress as the mood takes me. Love that capability. I did a stage 3 114 when i bought the bike. Great short stroke 114. Many other mods but the base bike looks and rides great. Great vid :)

    I'm getting one in 2 weeks time. I noticed that you have a fender extender as well. The front fender is rather short from factory. Congratulations, cheers 🍺

    Looks supernice, im picking up mine wednesday. I went for a screaming eagle exhaust to be able to ride streetlegal, and to avoid waking up the neighberhood at 6am 😊
    How was motea? I wanted to order something there untill i checked them on trustpilot, nothing but negativity there

    Great bike, love the vivid black bags. Could you please tell us what the seat is? That tuck and roll looks nice, looks like a saddlemen explorer LS but on their website the tuck and roll isn't a drop down option when choosing specs pre purchase

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks. The seat is the Sundowner. Very comfortable. Can’t compare it with a saddlemen as I never had one of those.

      Congrats. It’s a simple setup. Sport glide comes with a usb socket , just make sure you use the longer cable provided by quad lock. I use the wireless charger + vibration dampener

    Nice bike, will also buy one in the next month. How is riding with Passanger? Is it possible for her? Or to staingh.

      My wife loves it, but bear in mind this has the more comfortable sundowner seat. As a comparison, I test rode a street glide with stock seat, and my wife was not impressed. She said she preferred the sport glide.

    Are Harleys uncommon over there across the pond?

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are quite popular, probably not as much as in the US, but there are plenty around. Cost is a factor too, since Japanese bikes are a lot cheaper than Harleys

    • @lovelessissimo
      @lovelessissimo ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @TheBikeFather interesting. Harleys are by far the most common bike here, despite the price. "Harley guys" are a meme, and they have a reputation for looking down on Japanese cruisers, and generally thinking they are the biggest badasses to ever exist.

    Love the bike, nice extras too. Sissy bar looks great 👍🏻
    Quick question though, where’d you put the mic in your helmet? I’m trying a lavalier and sound quality compared to yours is terrible…?

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks. Inside the cheekpad worked really well for the last 2 helmets. and running the jack towards the chin guard, and hiding it there when not in use. However, I just got a flip up helmet so hiding the jack inside the chin guard is not an option anymore so most likely I'll use an external recorded this time, and place the mic somewhere that I can easily take it off when not in use.

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Could be the quality of the mic. I'm currently using a Purple Panda which seems to be popular with motovloggers.

      @@TheBikeFather thanks for the advice. I’m using a lavalier which is plugged into my DJI wireless mic in my pocket. Even with transmitter gain in the minus I’m getting too much noise / popping.
      To be fair I’ve clipped it in helmet next to my mouth at the front, I will try and reposition somewhere else up nearer the cheek / towards ear and give that a try.
      Thanks again for the advice, much appreciated

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In front of the mouth, you might get some wind. The cheek pad itself can act as a wind protector. Also try to close the front helmet vent, just in case its opened, as that can cause extra noise. ultimately, you need to play with the gain on your recorder, and lower it enough to pick up your voice, whilst avoiding a bit of the wind.
      An external recorder usually gives the best audio because you can control the gain, compared to having the mic plugged in directly into something like a gopro, as you have no control over the gain. GoPro automatically adjusts the gain based on it's enviroment, making breath sounds louder, and picking lots of wind noise.
      I have a very old video somewhere on my channel where I tested the mic connected directly to gopro vs external recorder.
      th-cam.com/video/0x5neJ6CDoE/w-d-xo.html
      th-cam.com/video/naLVaMxrXDA/w-d-xo.html
      it's all a testing game. You need to test multiple mics, different external recorders, and different mic placements, and see what works the best for you.
