dumbledore looks like a woman here. and snape...uhh...i don't need to explain anymore. and the point of everything is that you have to make their expressions more natural. think of it like your expression when talking to your friend. make it more natural. if your expression elements are very good. then character design can be the last concern
ur getting a lot of mean comments but i think u can design the characters however u want, u can have ur own headcanons for them and it doesnt change anything about the actual character, and u can still recognize who is who with context clues and other aspects of the design if they were to named, i think this was very good and entertaining! i like the au plot, i would give it a read if it were a fanfic or something as well. having the characters talk to each other and speak/think something about what they're reacting to adds to everything despite them not being as dramatized or changing their facial expressions like a lot of reactions usually do! i dont see anything particularly wrong with this video, i think a lot of people dont understand how difficult it can be to make reactions (coming from someone whose made multiple over multiple years) if i were to give advice on what to change, i would try adding a bit more facial expressions but like ive said the talking and thinking makes up for that, a lot of reactions only focus on facial expressions and dont do any talking or thinking at all. overall your video is good and i dont think people who dont even know you should be saying it sucks or that its a bad video or jst be flat out rude and bitchy 😧
Thank you so much for the support. I'm still figuring out how the whole facial features work. I take screenshots and the edit the whole video on Canva and i am still trying to figure a workaround around it
@@immortalgatcha i think constantly changing the facial expressions is one of the reasons to why these videos are known to be difficult to make or take a long time and why creators lose motivation, like some end up having HUNDREDS of screenshots they have to edit and design and set up 😭😭 honestly dont be afraid to reuse any screenshots of the facial expressions, i know viewers can complain ab reusing them sometimes but its easier than taking a screenshot of the same facial expression 60 times ‼️
I can kind of agree with letting people have their own takes on character design, but a) Dumbledore has a beard and those are not hard to put in Gacha, b) being creative and blackwashing are two different things, and c) the AU IS a good idea in theory, the execution was just not the best

But i would like to disagree on your second point. The fictional story of Harry doing various stuff have been children story in the Wizarding world. Hermione is a book worm at the beginning of the first year so it is justified that she knows about Harry Potter
