I love getting back to pleasure cruises in these old pistons, and this old plane is rather nice for that. Especially after struggling with some complex procedures in an old beast that even has switches for the seat springs. Cheers again.
I wish I caught this live, terrific flight around Long Island. I built from a kit a Zenith CH-701 and have been flying it around this area for the last 14 years. I helped Simworks Studios beta test their 701 3 years ago and they made my paint job a default livery, it’s the yellow and black one. I keep it tied down at KFOK Gabreski at the south hangars, moving it from my hangar at Lufker. Spadaro Airport is the paved runway, Lufker Airport is the grass strip right next to it. They are separated by a small taxiway. Spadaro was sold and closed last year, Lufker is still open but in the process of being sold to the Town of Brookhaven and closed for open space.
There's something just really nice about flying the slower small planes. I've been in the DA-62 for a long time, but now I'm getting back into the 152. As for upgrading to MSFS2024, I'm with you on the "Can I? Should I?" upgrade question. The answer is, for both of us. Yes- just about - and yes, of course!"
Thanks for a great tour of Long Island. Can you please list the Tobi ET settings that allow you such stabilized views you seem to have using the Tobi ET.

I thought I caught a glimpse of George Costanza racing way ahead of Jerry Seinfeld on one of the roads down there...
