- "Mistakes" by Influence Worship has been one of Julie's favorite Christian songs for a few years. These lyrics are insanely good, with imagery from Genesis and struggling with temptation and shame, yet God's love overcomes it all. God doesn't make mistakes, period, and he didn't make one when He made you or me. The bridge of this song is powerful "I won't waste another day believing words You didn't say" - man, this is SO good! These lyrics speak for themselves and the music beautifully supports them. Julie wanted to use this song in her ministry for years so now putting her own spin on it will hopefully (re)introduce this song to people, because we ALL can appreciate and be impacted by this message.
