Jason's face of relief was to die for when he heard Sam explained her feelings and that she didn't want to go back to Sonny because she wasn't in love with him anymore. Also, it was interesting when Jason went out of his way to let her know that he didn't feel stuck with her and her baby. That he was actually glad that they were together. In our humble opinion if that wasn't love then we have no idea what it was. We think that Jason fell in love or at least realized that he was in love with Sam before she did. It was simple, he started liking her before she started liking him. The more Jason got to konw Sam and found out about her the more intrigued he got and the more he liked her. Especially, when he found out about her brother and her past. That it was when he realized that they had a lot of things in common and he started feeling drawn to her. Jason figured out that they were kindred spirits because they both were outlaws, liked living dangerously and in the edge. From then on, Jason just couldn't helped himself around Sam. Later on, he inevitably started to care about her and her well being. Now, it's about the three of them and the family they are building together that's why Jason doesn't feel stuck. Sam and the baby have become part of his family. He loves them. Simply put, after this conversation Jason knows that what he feels for Sam it's more than friendship. His soul recognized hers. After all Sam is Jason's Bonnie to his Clyde. Blessed be!
The look on Jason's face when asking Sam about her feelings about Sonny, you could tell right there that he has allowed himself to have feelings for her and he is thinking to himself...Oh I hope she doesn't say yes. You could tell that he wants her for himself at this point...but he isn't going to push it if she isn't ready or if she wants someone else. Gee that sounds exactly like how is today now that he has come back....he KNOWS that he wants Sam more than anything but he isn't going to push her if she isn't ready or if she is not over Drew yet instead he will do as he says (or as we know he will do) he will silently wait until she is ready and putting out the feelers for him. Kind of like she did when they reunited in '09....she showed up at his house in that costume and then he knew he had a green light...cause she put out all the feelers for him and that led to Sexico.
If only Jason could have remembered this speech when he decides to lie to Sam about Jake's paternity and decides to go along with Elizabeth's web of lies in 2007. That led to betraying Sam and Lucky. Oh well! Blessed be!
Sonny is not a good father I dont understand why these.people feel that he is! Yeah he says he loves his kids and maybe he does bit because they are his not because he wants whats best for them or is willing to put their well being and happiness first. He is Possessive controlling and selfish! He like a toddler mine, mine, mine..
Jason didn't actually lie about Michael (except by omission). This was the first time the lie started with Jason. 😢 I hate they did that to his character.
Sonny is such a hypocrite. He lies and cheats and does whatever he wants, but whenever someone does the same to him it's over. Not saying Carly was right, but you can understand why she did.
I remember thinking at the time, wait why are sonny and carly getting a divorce. It had to saturate that he was so furious with her for hiding the fact that Alexis was hiding the fact her child was his. WAIT WHAT- oh didn't you just do that with Sam???? But thats sonny-typical dago male. I'm Italian so (I doubt any would) but please no one take offense. Totally different standard and understanding when it comes to the men and women and especially when they have power. But this is what I love about GH. They tell it how it is, or at least they did before the drew storyline. I guess this is what I hate most about drew, its like his character is consistently reinvented to make him look better and better without his character ever really doing anything to earn it. Why are Laura Wright Carly and Sonny such awesome characters---their growth and lack of at times over time. They are flawed and fallible, we all are, but its how we face those failings and grow that determine our ultimate character. We love growing with them, but despise when a character suddenly jumps out of order. Sonny going legit didn't work for me. It's just not who he is and thank god cuz I love the action. Tamara's Carly was still adjusting but definitely had her moments just like Laura Wrights, but both actress in my opinion are phenominal, it's the one coming up next (2005) that threw me for a loop. BONKERS.
True JaSam me to!! Jennifer Bransford was the worst Carly. I mean her Carly was totally Cray Cray. But my favorite was Laura Wright, that version of Carly was JaSam's biggest fan.
jaclyn Green yes Sonny's whole life is hypocritical. He can lie, steal, is disloyal and cheat put you better not do it to him. He all about my child, my child that he has the right to know all up in Sam's face with it now Alexis, but AJ (i hated Aj just making a point) doesnt have any rights to know his child, he cant even know the Quatermaine, but Sonny has all these right because they are his blood wow! He lied and hid the fact that Sam was having his child but what. Alexis and Carly did is unforgivable!

When Jason said "Do you?", I felt that. I love them so much.

Sonny's up to his eyeballs in babies... babies babies everywhere! 🤣
Well, at least he loves them all equally ❤
Goodness Courtney leave Jason alone, its been over for a long time, your with Jax's and before that you were with Brian the cop, so leave him alone!

Jason: "I lied about Sam's baby. I lied for the first time." Umm what about lying about Michael? And much more.
This is the first you said something that’s correct, he lied about Aj son and sam baby n Liz son , but you can’t lie to him
Hmmm let me see Sonny took Michael from AJ . Really Sonny

jaclyn Green yeah he is. So it is ok that Carly did the same damn thing to AJ when it came to Michael but not Sonny. He is such a hypocrite smh.

jaclyn Green she did kept the truth for 3 years and sonny didn’t want lie , Jason forced him to lied about sam baby
Could not stand Courtney at all. She was so insipid!!!
Didn't he want to keep Sam"s baby a secret?
