The purpose of the devil (iblees) Iblis wants to put whatever feeling comes to him into man. When ALLAH announced the creation of Adam, The angels asked Allah , you are creating creatures that will cause mischief. Whatever came into the hearts of the angels, they asked Allah,but ibless remains silent and his jealousy increases day by day in his heart. 1). Iblis keeps envy in heart And he wants humans to keep envy in their hearts. Allah swt said Adam and his descendants will be the caliph in the earth. Devil felt very bad that a better place was being given to man Iblis did not see that Allah has given his status equal to that of the angels. 2). Iblis feels bad when good happens to someone, Iblis wants humans to feel bad when something good happens to someone. Iblis did not admit his mistake that he had sinned by disobeying Allah. 3).Iblis blamed Allah that because of you I disobeyed you ,And he wants to get the man to do the same thing that the blame of his sins and mistake should ever be put on another person or on the devil. May ALLAH swt protect all of us from the traps of Iblees and grant goodness in this world and hereafter. AAMEEN JazakALLAH khair.
