I have arthritis and tendinitis in my hands and fingers. Ugh I just can't hold anything heavy or open things on my own like gallon size stuff. I'm glad you're doing better
Angie, I can totally relate to everything u are saying. Im 52 yrs old, and I've been feeling like my body has been falling apart since 2012. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and had extensive blood work done to check for everything. I suffer in chronic pain daily. I also had ACDF surgery in 2020. Thankfully, I no longer have left arm pain, but I struggle with pain in other areas of my body. I think I've put some of the pieces together and can track it all down to a series of vaccines I received in 2012 for Flu, hep B, and tdp. My body went into a severe inflammation mode shortly after I received them. I also found my diet plays a major role in how much pain I'm in. If I eat dairy, sugar, or gluten, my body is so inflamed everywhere. I never used to be like this, so it's very frustrating. I do the same thing every year with a "word" Some good words I've used in the past are "Grace" ( I'm very hard on myself a lot of the times, so I need to give myself grace "Faith," "Gratitude," and "Surrender" Please let us know what word you think of when it comes to you. ❤ Have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy new year!
