I would just keep holding him while feeding he is still such a baby and needs this bonding trust moment. Let him learn to hold the bottle while you support him reclined first. I think BiBi likes his Dad holding him while he drinks because it’s a bonding experience for him just like monkeys do in nature . I think you do too; it gives you a chance to rest a moment from your labors and just enjoy your little guy. They grow up so fast and one day you’ll realize how much you cherish this time of his life when he is so dependent on you. I cried when my children reached that age for I missed our snuggles. I am just an old woman who is at the grandchildren stage and truly love it. Son, you are a good, hardworking man and I hope you can find a good woman who appreciates all you have to offer and raise a family of your own along with BiBi.

Bibi has a hard time climbing because the poles are “smooth,” slippery for him. Dad probably trying to protect him from running around on the ground as the environment has ants, scorpions, etc. as you would expect in a rural environment. He probably tries his best but he does not spend as much time as he would like teaching Bibi. Like most busy parents, sometimes doing for him is easier and faster . Bibi will learn as his natural instinct primate instinct will kick in. I watch and enjoy Bibi’s antics 😊
