Building Tips:
1. Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
Input Cheat Codes:
bb.moveobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode.
2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360°
3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object.
4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.
Duirng the construction I've used TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod for more convinient object rotation, but you don't need it if you're going to download the house.

Aaaaaah as a fan of The Lord of the Rings trilogy growing up, I absolutely love this. You nailed the aesthetic perfectly.
Now I'm even sadder that fairies isn't still a thing in TS4, this would be more than perfect to play with one!

Wow! I'm a fan of The Hobbits and The Lord of the Rings. Your work is amazing. I can't imagine how many hours you spend building this kind of houses, full of details and cozy corners, exhausting time doing al the appropriate decorations. The landscape, beautiful. I can play the game with my own middle earth adventures now. Beautiful job, congratulations, you are really gifted. I love build and from builder to builder, I know how difficult is to build. I'm half-way through and this is absolutely insane. THE LITTLE OTTOMANS AS CHEESE? ABSOLUTE MADLAD. Get it cuz Marmelad. The amount of detail, the harmony, ooooh this just butters my bread it does. You should be so proud of this!!!!
I love this. It's so cozy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I love the terrain of the different levels of the house and how there are windows still letting in light. The kitchen is so cozy and I just want to spend all of my time there.

I've tried to make a hobbit hole so many times, but I always ended up frustrated & scrapping it. So I know just how difficult it is to make this look natural, nevermind that yours could've been plucked right out of LoTR! A truly incredible build

If it's cool with you, I'd love to use this as the home for a family of faeries in my upcoming Sims 4 storytelling series. I'd love to throw it onto the 64x64 lot in Henford-on-Bagley so I can add stables and have it as a family unicorn ranch. The story would center on a teenage faerie named Dorian Vex who was thought to be faeless, a faerie without powers. But he's just a late bloomer, unlocking his magic around sixteen years old. He transfers to an occult high school and joins a group of friends who jokingly refer to themselves as the Monster Club. I'd be using the Fairies Vs Witches mod among others, and the story would be told through cinematic scenes without the UI or headline effects showing, with me narrating events as they happen onscreen. The story will be as rich as one of my novels, with two primary antagonistic groups featuring at first - the Scarlet Luminaries, evil occults led by a vampire noble family; and the Purge Doctors, mad scientists who want to purge the world of all occults.
