At didn't know what Mission & Vision statement were until I saw these videos. Sometimes I literally come & back to these videos get a clear understanding. And they totally help me. I love these videos..!!

The order depends on the organization. I've seen these in lots of orders. Some books may list them in an order but books don't always match up to real life.

There's no right answer to this but I've seen as few as 3 corporate values and as many as 12. For your own personal values, it's 100% up to you.
