  • I will tell you the best way of converting your Mail Merge into separate PDF documents and in the Separate Word Document so that each PDF and document has an individually defined file name in the defined folder location.
    With the help of Word Macro to avoid horrible complex process, any need for a paid-for third-party plug-in, and if you've got that far, any need to re-name and sort out a folder full of PDF files.
    In this video we will take you through the process of adding the Macro, setting up the data and running the Mail Merge to PDF and word document.

    Very nice short code and easy to use. Thank you for this video.
    Can you please add email section with to, cc, bcc, from, subject, attachment option to similar automation.
    So that once the pdf is generated it gets send to respective users as well. Currently I am performing this by running separate code in excel based macros

      There is no such provision in Excel but I'm working on it to give u best output.

      Delete pdf folder so that you can see only docs.

      I copied all my data from word into a new word document and ran it again. it worked for my pdfs but not for my new word documents and I am not sure why but in the moment I need to use this, I need the PDFs more so it's not a complete loss for me. I do hope if you repaste into a new word document and try the process again that it works for you
