    Chinese cars really benefited from their tie-ups with European brands. They introduce to the common people as basic features what is deemed "luxury" from other known brands. I think GAC is using the Aisin transmission which is also used by Toyota. If their home grown engines prove reliable, then they will dominate the local market in 5 years time with their competive prices.

      And the deal gets better if you get the all electric version because you don't need to worry about the transmission.

    GAC provides a premium feel in contrast with its competition with a higher price range.

    of all the chinese car manufacturers, GAC has the most tie-ups with foreign brands. they manufacture toyotas, hondas, Mitsubishis in china. if u look closely sa setup ng ng GS3, it has borgwagner TURBO, ENGINE (dual vvt, port injected, 16 valve, bosch management system), Aisin 6 speed TRANSMISSION - a toyota company, Varta BATTERY - german company, Denso JAPAN Airconditioners. mga proven at kilalang products. kung gusto mo ng china car na malapit lapit sa quality ng mga hapon (at aleman) dito kana.

    Is that accurate? Smallest subcompace crossover in the market? Its bulkier than the geely coolray

    MG, Gac, i think theyre both making efforts to put price at an affordable range while providing awesone techs, the only thing that needs further review are their support, parts, pms, engine and those stuff. 🤔

    seems like autoindustriya is paying a lot more to their staff as youtube car presenter. look at this lad's belly...full! even the other guy which is much more chunkier. I wonder how can i be a part of this group cos i like driving and eating (well not at the same time). it's a win win for this presenter, drive testing the latest cars in the market and growing your belly all together. nevertheless...nice, it was a good review.

    Better if the camera is being adjusted and focused on the actual parts and features of the car to present them even better. ☺️

    i wish you enumerated the differences between the base variant and the top of the line model for the benefit of people who don't have that extra ooomph in their bank accounts. also, china things may be nice at the onset, but longevity is always an issue, so you should've also touched on GAC's service network and dealerships in the country, if any.

    I am getting an impression that GAC builds bettera quality cars compared to other china brands like Chery, Geely and MG. Or are all of them the same?

    • @jsbonline
      @jsbonline 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      GAC is using AISIN brand for their transmissions. GAC motors are more of quality. MG i've heard madaming issues particularly ZS.

      The 1.5L is naturally aspirated (same as other 4 cylinder engines) while the 1.3L is also 4 cyl but turbocharged. In terms of torque and power, the 1.3L is more capable.

    If I were to nitpick about the exterior, the faux dual exhaust integrated on the rear bumper, looks cheap to my taste
