    I workout all the time I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia Pilates is low impact for both . Try wall Pilates beginner , they low impact I also got trampoline . Best investment . You can get one with a bar. Take away carbs gluten sugar look foods that cause inflammation through out your body. You notice a difference in pain.
