You should do a comparison of all of the rock bottom fans from each store for example, Harbor breeze armitage, Hampton bay Littleton, mainstays hugger, etc.
I actually really like all three of those fans. They're affordable, simple, and they have a rather classic, retro (1980's or 1990's) look to them, which I really like.
While these came with the integrated light kit, they also sold the Armory which was essentially the same fan but didn’t come with a light kit, but I’m pretty sure they had the capability. Then that was discontinued and the Armory later became a much nicer 52” standard mount fan.
I like the newer armitage’s that’s because of the vent design those fans have but you are definitely right about the performance on that and a Littleton which are very similar
The pull chain on the older armitage sounds different so they changed the pull chain types on it too becuase the older armitage pull chain sound more flimsy
When I saw one for the first time, it was at my babysitter’s brother’s house. I remember it is a copy of a 1990’s Hunter Low Profile II, but with semi-square blade tips, as opposed to the flat-square blade tips that many Hunter fans had in those days.
“Lowe’s equivalent to Hampton Bay Littleton” I want to add that a 52” version is opposite. Hampton Bay Hugger is a copy of 52” Armitage.
