I believe Grace kasi dito sa UK pag na admit ka sa hospital they will ask for your guardian and anything to do with the patient will be discussed with the guardian that happened to be Grace and they will honor that person as her/his immediate family as for inheritance the last testament of Will will override any arrangements made previously by the deceased
