One time, Hikasa Yoko, Yuuichi Nakamuka, and Aki Toyosaki are working together. Hikasa-san was in her mid-20s that time, and she's voicing a 10-year old girl. Nakamura-san, who was in the set, made a remark. He said something like "you're just an old had compare to the character"
Hikasa-san replied something in disagreement.
Toyosaki-san interrupted and said something along the lines of "when I was 10 years old, women in their mid-20s look like old hags for me"
Hikasa-san was speechless after this, and so the "baba" (old hag) nickname catch on until it evolved to "densetsu no baba" (legendary old hag)

I have a headcanon that before the coded talk about the traitor, which was just the last 30 seconds, Gojo called and teased/bugged her. Probably bragging about his win in the baseball game again too hahaha and how he's the Great Gojo Satoru. Then maybe after Utahime got angry at him again as usual, he asks about what she's doing or up to, and Utahime, even though she's annoyed as usual, tells him she's off going to watch a baseball game or something and then maybe get beer after. Maybe Gojo quips about him being past her 30s but still single and have no one to go with her on her day-offs.
Then he starts bragging about himself and his students, and that's where the animated scene start. She gets annoyed and changes the subject to their coded traitor talk haha (wow this is a long comment)

There is a detail in the scene at 0:30 if you look at Gojo's phone you will notice that they were talking to each other for 3min 40sec whereas in the scene they talk to each other for 40sec so you can just assume what they were talking about for that 3min.
I saw this episode a year ago and am only just now realizing they weren't talking about an actual drinking party. 🤦🏾♀️ I was wondering all this time why we never got a snippet of the party or anything.
