2:17-JPSC stands for joint public service commision , it is generally for more than two states.
It comes by the Government of India act 1935 .
4:14-UPSC and SPSC presents it's annual report to president of its performance regarding it's administration.
The President places this report before both the houses of parliament along with memorandum explaining the cases where the advice of the commision was not accepted and reason of non acceptance.
Appointments committee of cabinet (ACC)approved this memorandum.
4:27-She is Anandiben Patel ma'am, they serve his role as the governor of uttar pradesh.
6:19-The chairman of SPSC may be the citizen of that state or not.
21:22-In case of UPSC the any other matters of consultion should be referred to PERSIDENT.

SIR I have question it is mentioned in the independence of the SPSC that the chairman and the members are not eligible for reappointment but it is also mentioned that the chairman and members can be appointed as chairman or member of UPSC or SPSC.

A PCS officer has served under a state govt. for only 8 years.Can he become a member of State PSC or not?

Untill officer has served 10 years. No question before that

Plz clarify whether this condition is for all the members?

@@rajangupta19675 okay. So, if half of the members have attained 10-years qualification, then rest of the members can be appointed at any time of their career.
But general rule of thumb is, only senior & top level bureaucrats become members, since they cannot be employed with the govt in future
