Good footage! I found myself amazed that that (those??) swim ring(s) were in just the right spot on the left side of the pool to essentially stay put! Although I couldn't tell if there were 2 to begin with, or if the original came back into frame while I wasn't looking! Hope you all didn't suffer too much damage! Fellow midwesterner, but it missed us here (MI).
Am I the only one who got a little creeped out when the red balloon thingy on the left appeared out of no where. I mean its 2020 I wouldnt put it past Pennywise to pop up out of no where. I was actually expecting the pool to collapse into itself. Crazy what the weather can do. Thanks for sharing your video.
Hmmm guess I didnt notice, 😂 I'll have to watch it again. Probably a ball my kids had in the pool. One of the floats stayed in my backyard and the rest were gone!.
@@LindaMarie_ Lol I just thought how appropriate for 2020 and during a horrific land hurricane for it to pop up. Gotta find humor in everything or you'll cry. 💕
My camera system is hard to figure out, its a Chinese system, yes it has English but not very informative. I can't even get my time of day right on it. I also couldn't see this until a week after we lost power for like 4 full days.
@@Lilly_567 I did. It’s just a thunderstorm and like I said, I was waiting for something bad to happen. The corn didn’t even get flattened or the roof peel off the buildings. Tame.
@@anthonyanderson2880 how exactly did you think my cameras could catch that? The power obviously went out. This video is from my home security cameras they aren't on some sort of generator system. I had to replace 3 car windows a front windshield in blazer and back hatch, also a window from the back side of my van. There was plenty of damage we had no power for a week in the hottest week it could possibly happen. I'm sorry my video didn't do it for you, there's plenty derecho 2020 videos for you to find on youtube and get that "bad thing happening feeling" .
@@LindaMarie_that’s cool. There is no need for you to get all butt hurt because someone didn’t think your storm video was all the drama you made it out to be. Take the criticism and move on. Peace out.
You know it’s Iowa when there’s a cornfield in the background
This is a great testimony for that pool. I’m going to have to add that to my cart!

Next tornado forget the shelter, i’m taking shelter in my pool
That was really intense watching that inner tube blowing about wondering when it woud lift off. Glad it decided to stick around
Yeah I was surprised because they usually blow away for less
I'm surprised the pool did not break
It would flip not break. Because the water on the inside is to heavy for the pool to break

It happend on the 10th why does it say the 11th on the camera
If I had to guess why? I know 2020 was a leap year. So we had 29 days in February. so maybe that has something to do with it?
