New to this system. Is there anything on here that shows the actual process of sending content from Xpression to Carbonite?

Hello I'm quite new to Xpression and Dashboard. While going through numerous tutorials I've yet to be able to view animations from Xpression into my Carbonite. I've used Rosslinq for viewing images like lowerthirds but I'm trying to figure out how to view the 10 second animations and transitions I've built in Xpression. Also how did you get the source previewed inside the buttons along with the pst and bkdg feeds in controlview?
