Hey Kayla, thank you for this comment. If you're unsatisfied by the performance of your ReSound hearing aids, please ask your Hearing Care Professional to tweak the settings with you to your satisfaction. It sounds like some adjustments are advised!
@@byReSound NOPE LOL 😂. I already had changed out these devices a looonnggg time ago!! I don't have them now!!! and I promise ReSound DOES suck,. I am soo glad I changed them out .theres no way to ever stop tinniness from devices that have it no matter what is done and ReSound is one of them! Theyare KNOWN to have tinniness issues,..My audiologist spent hours with me to try to fix them, and you can't! They do not have good sound processing and they have poor sound quality! he even said they're bad devices!! The devices I have are Wonderful and I know exactly what im saying,..Widex has excellent and perfect sound quality PLEASE, do not spread false information! Again, I actually HAVE worn these and I will tell you it DOES have bad sound quality! I am a musician and Resound very much doesnt cater to musicians! Only Widex does,. I have gone through so many pairs of devices and have spoken to many people who have actually worn both ReSound and Widex and ALL of them said Widex is better especially for musicians, and so I know exactly what I’m talking about! These very much are not for musicians at all! and they don't even have a built in music setting like Widex does, so IKNOW WHAt IM TALKING ABOUT!! SO PLEASE DO NOT BLAME MY AUDIOLOGIST or say it was their fault because Theres no such thing as “tweaking”! That’s impossible because it DOESNT FIX Things, especially these devices! so your wrong and do not spread false information.
