The rest private buses are awful.. take the SRE travels.. they has only one bus which is in good condition and the Volvo is in pathetic condition , the afternoon 2 Bharat Benz bus... The crew are like not supportive.. they won't move untill they get enough passengers like a local bus... Then others like sea bird, Balaji, ARL, SRS and even VRL.. no offense but I had traveled in Bangalore - Davangere VRL bus many times.. the crew are supportive but the bus they have is like really really old one .. and I think the bus number is KA 25 D 1095 the bus rattles a lot... Struggles to go beyond 60 very noisy cabin... Initially I thought VRL will replace this bus soon .. but still it's the old bus..
So that's why we the travellers for Davangere - Bangalore route we prefer KSRTC Airavat club class busses... They are in good condition, reasonably fast, No overseeding like others.. very supportive crew and mainly Comfortable and Safe journey ...
